These terms apply to your use of this website (nextsteplearning.co.uk). They do not cover use of the Next Step Learning product itself — if you sign up for an account, separate terms for using the product apply and are presented at sign-up.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse this site, read its content, and join the pricing launch list. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it in any way that could harm Next Step Learning or other visitors.

Content and accuracy

We've written this site carefully and every claim on it is checked before publishing (see our internal claims discipline, which we hold ourselves to). Even so, Next Step Learning is a growing platform and some details — particularly pricing, which is not yet finalised — may change. Where something is undecided, we say so rather than guessing.

Intellectual property

The text, design, characters, and artwork on this site belong to Next Step Learning (or are used with permission) and may not be copied or reused without asking us first.

No warranty

This website is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate, fast, and available, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
