Privacy Policy

The short version

This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising scripts, and does not share data with any third party. The only information we ever collect here is an email address — and only if you choose to give it to us, for example by joining the pricing launch list. Nothing else on this site tracks you.

What we collect

Email address (optional). If you join the launch list on the Pricing page, we store the email address you provide so we can let you know when founding-family pricing is confirmed. We do not collect anything else through this form, and we do not collect anything automatically as you browse — no analytics pixels, no behavioural tracking, no third-party scripts of any kind.

Server logs. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical logs (e.g. request timing, for keeping the site running reliably and secure). These are not used for tracking or profiling and are not shared with third parties.

Cookies

This site sets no non-essential cookies. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no cookie banner — that is a deliberate choice, not an oversight.

How we use what we collect

A launch-list email address is used only to contact you about Next Step Learning's launch and pricing. We do not sell or rent email addresses, and we do not pass them to advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

You can ask us to remove your email address from our launch list at any time by contacting us (see below) — we will action this promptly. Under UK GDPR you also have the right to ask what data we hold about you and to have it corrected or erased.

The product app is different

If you sign up for Next Step Learning, the product itself (where your child's learning actually happens) is a separate system with its own privacy notice — covering account data, how children's information is protected, and how AI-marked feedback is handled. That notice is provided when you create an account, not on this marketing website.
